The challenge
An L2 staking protocol wanted a Telegram-native staking flow so non-technical users could stake without leaving the app they already lived in. Existing third-party bots had abuse-detection failures and didn't support their token's vesting schedule.
What we did
Designed a custom bot architecture from scratch: in-bot wallets backed by Anchor-managed signing, a queue-and-worker runtime to handle launch-day spikes, multisig admin keys for treasury actions, and a built-in support agent powered by Claude trained on the protocol's docs.
