Due to the nature of digital services, automation, and instant execution, all purchases made through BlockAI are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

Once a service has been initiated, activated, delivered, or partially delivered, it cannot be reversed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Social media growth services (likes, views, followers, engagement, boosts)
• Telegram or community growth services
• Market making, volume generation, or trading-related services
• AI analytics, automation, or bot-based services
• Affiliate or referral rewards
• Services affected by user-provided incorrect data (wrong username, link, wallet, or group)
• Services disrupted by third-party platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, blockchains, APIs, exchanges)

3. Exceptions (Limited Refund Eligibility)

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The service was not started
• The request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
• A verified technical error on BlockAI's side prevented service delivery

Refunds are issued at BlockAI's sole discretion after internal review.

4. Partial Delivery

If a service has been partially delivered, no refunds will be issued.

In certain cases, BlockAI may offer:

• Service replacement
• Credit toward another BlockAI service

This is not guaranteed and is handled case-by-case.

5. Failed or Delayed Services

BlockAI does not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate delivery.

Delays or interruptions caused by:

• Platform changes (Telegram, X/Twitter, blockchain networks)
• Network congestion
• Third-party service outages

do not qualify for refunds.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting BlockAI.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Termination of affiliate or referral earnings
• Blacklisting from future services

BlockAI reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting evidence.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

All cryptocurrency payments are irreversible.

BlockAI is not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses
• Incorrect networks or tokens
• Gas fees or network losses

Users are solely responsible for verifying payment details before submitting transactions.

8. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

• Processing may take 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible
• Blockchain refunds may be subject to network fees

9. Policy Updates

BlockAI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
